In our client’s business, entrepreneurial spirit was actually getting in the way of progress when it came to getting new products and propositions launched quickly and effectively. We established and led a joint-team drawn from across the business to put in place a radical new process that not only smashed previous launch schedules but dramatically reduced teething troubles and customer complaints during the critical after-launch period. Our role in the project was to release the potential of the organisation – all the fantastic, transformational ideas came from inside.
