In our client’s business, entrepreneurial spirit was actually getting in the way of progress when it came to getting new products and propositions launched quickly and effectively. To tackle the issue, we established and led a joint-team drawn from across the business. The team put in place a radical new process that not only smashed previous launch schedules but dramatically reduced teething troubles and customer complaints during the critical after-launch period. Our role in the project was to release the potential of the organisation - all the fantastic, transformational ideas came from inside.
