Our partner was a successful player in a competitive part of the construction industry wanting to break out of a pattern of steady but unspectacular growth and marginal profitability.
We worked together to identify key areas of improvement where value could quickly be realised and which would provide a solid platform for significant growth in the future. We focussed on driving both the top line through improved sales and marketing, and the bottom line through targeted operational improvements to increase on-site efficiency. We also identified and targeted improvements in risk management and in the more efficient delivery of shared internal services.
