We have some basic hiring requirements, such as a 2:1 degree or better and a good understanding of the business world, but it is your other qualities that will really mark you out as having Boxwood potential.

We want individuals who have done something exceptional, whether in their professional or personal life. We look for people with the personality not just to lead, but to inspire. Passionate and action-oriented, you will need the combination of business know-how and people skills to build solid, sustainable relationships. On a personal level, we're also looking for people we'll enjoy working with - after all, we'll be spending a lot of time together. Completely comfortable in a team environment, you'll also share our obsession with achieving results.
