The Boxwood Foundation: The Boxwood Foundation is a charitable trust set up to encourage our employees to participate in and contribute to important causes. Each year, we allocate a percentage of profits to the Foundation and our policy is to provide funds directly to the point of need. 

Annual charity: Over the years, our people have shown how much they enjoy and are committed to contributing to worthwhile organisations and supporting those less fortunate than themselves. Each year we:

• Support a different charity.

• Undertake a challenge and donate the funds we raise.

• Get together with our partners and undertake a project that will make a real and positive difference to people's lives.

Volunteering Makes a Real Difference: We also encourage all of our people to volunteer, and we give them two extra days holiday a year to use to go out and contribute to their favourite cause.
